Stop ‘giving yourself permission’ to beat yourself up 🦋 – it’s not true, it’s not kind, and it doesn’t help.

Kindness means accepting yourself as you are 😌 🌹.

We know that positive reinforcement works much better than punishment or threats of coercion 💃 ✨ .
